About The JobTapcheck is seeking a driven and customer-focused Mid Market Account Executive to help expand our presence among growing businesses with hourly workforces. This role focuses on selling Tapcheck’s on-demand pay solution to mid-sized organizations, balancing velocity with thoughtful, needs-based selling.Mid Market AEs at Tapcheck play a critical role in pipeline generation, deal execution, and building strong customer relationships that set the foundation for long-term growth.This is a hybrid position based at our Plano, Texas headquarters, with in-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday each weekWhat You’ll DoManage multiple concurrent opportunities with moderate deal complexity and short-to-mid sales cyclesConduct outbound outreach to identify and engage potential customersRun discovery calls and product demos that clearly communicate Tapcheck’s value proposition and customer impactBuild trusted relationships with operational and HR leaders at mid-sized companiesMaintain an organized pipeline and forecast accurately using CRM toolsClose deals efficiently while ensuring strong customer fit and satisfactionPartner with Marketing and Customer Success to support onboarding and retentionConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsWhat You’ll Bring2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or technology solutionsExperience selling to mid-market customers or SMBs with multiple decision-makersDemonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targetsStrong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skillsResults-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownershipAbility to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExperience using CRM tools and sales engagement platformsBachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience)At this time, Tapcheck does not provide sponsorship for employment-based visas (e.g., H-b, L-1, TN, etc.).
