About the Opportunity:The Network Administrator I is responsible for providing remote technical support and maintaining the systems that enable teams to stay connected and productive across multiple markets. This role ensures the smooth operation of computers, software, and peripherals, contributing to overall organizational efficiency. It supports end-user devices, resolves technical issues, manages onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintains documentation and support procedures. The position plays a critical role in sustaining the technology infrastructure that underpins daily operations.3. Responsibilities:• Provide remote support for computers, software, and peripherals.• Configure, install, and support desktops, laptops, handheld devices, printers, monitors, and storage devices.• Maintain desktops, including inventory management, software distribution, and security updates.• Diagnose hardware and software failures and communicate remediation plans.• Support proprietary and third-party applications.• Conduct virtual support sessions using remote desktop tools.• Develop and maintain end-user documentation and instructions.• Perform diagnostics, repairs, or hardware replacements for PCs, laptops, network equipment, and printers.• Follow established policies and procedures to handle support requests.• Update Help Desk SOPs and training manuals.• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service consistently.• Support continuous process and quality improvements.• Build effective relationships with internal customers and team members.• Adapt to new technologies and prioritize tasks to meet Service Level Agreements.• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.4. Requirements:• Minimum 3 years of experience installing, configuring, and administering Windows desktops; iOS knowledge is a plus.• Experience managing Microsoft O365 and Google Workspace tenants.• Ability to develop and maintain internal documentation and diagrams.• Strong customer service skills and experience interacting with users.• Excellent oral and written communication skills.• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.• Capability to work remotely; computer provided.• Availability for on-call rotation outside regular work hours.Additional skills considered:• Experience with broadcast media hardware/software.• Familiarity with Zendesk Help Desk.• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio.• Experience managing business-class firewalls, including NAT/PAT, routing, access rules, and VPNs.• Experience configuring managed switches and VLANs.• Supporting network and firewall equipment under senior staff guidance.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 DOE6.
