With over 70,000+ unique patients served, and more than 25 locations, we are proud to serve a diverse patient base.Our team consists of 75 highly skilled providers across 9 specialties, including cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, orthopedic surgery, pain management, podiatry, primary care, and sports medicine.We are currently looking for a BC/BE nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care team in Surprise, AZ.Our primary care department is comprised of 17 physicians, 15 nurse practitioners, and 4 physician assistants (36 providers total) who are supported by a robust team of medical assistants and administrative staff.We are growing our department and are adding primary care services to our Surprise location. While the incoming provider will serve as the sole primary care provider in our Surprise office, they will have access to the entire primary care department for support.We offer the full scope of chronic and acute care for adult and geriatric patients.Full-time schedule including the option for 4-5 days/week.
