Job Summary Join our hard-working logistics team as a Miller at Proof Bread. This role is responsible for milling and managing the flour that forms the foundation of our breads. Working closely with the production team, the Miller ensures grain is processed efficiently, accurately, and consistently to support daily bakery operations. No professional route driving experience is required. We will provide training to the right candidate. Individuals with warehouse, logistics, or equipment operation experience are strongly encouraged to apply. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in consistency and organization, and enjoys working independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. This role focuses on attendance and attention to detail over speed of execution. Failure to execute deliveries means that our stores cannot open the following day. You're the right person for this role if you show: Bravery – take initiative and step forward with boldness Resilience – adapt with confidence and stay grounded in purpose Efficiency – move with intention, execute with precision, and mindfully streamline Accountability – own your impact and set the standard Distinction – pursue excellence, craft with care, and create memorable experiences Duties Deliver products between our stores on a nightly basis Operate, clean, and perform inspections on fleet vehicles Move and organize items in our warehouse as needed Monitor truck performance and ensure maintenance concerns are reported promptly Accurately follow and record deliveries based on load manifests Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing products before, during, and after delivery Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the delivery process Qualifications Warehouse and delivery experience preferred Prior foodservice route driver experience in Arizona is strongly preferred Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift Comfortable operating 26' refrigerated trucks and other smaller delivery vehicles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and consistent attendance** Available for training on weekdays and open to coverage opportunities Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: Company truck Paid training Work Location: In person
