Quality Assurance Manager
On-site | Reports to Executive Leadership
A manufacturing organization is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and strengthen its overall quality function. This role offers direct interaction with executive leadership and the opportunity to influence performance across the entire operation.
This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership, drives results, and brings a structured, data-focused approach to quality.
Key responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of quality across the facility, including leadership of engineering, inspection, and technical teams
Evaluate production performance and quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions that deliver long-term results
Work cross-functionally with operations and engineering to address challenges and improve processes
Manage customer-facing quality matters and support audit activities
Establish and reinforce consistent quality standards and expectations

Demonstrated success solving complex production-related issues

Compensation & details:
Salary range: 110K-120K
Fully on-site role with occasional customer travel
Benefits include multiple medical plan options and 401K eligibility
