Travel RN - Clinic

DescriptionWe're looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) for an immediate travel opening in Sheboygan, WI.The right RN should have 1 year of experience in a Clinic or Outpatient setting. Read below for more requirements.As an RN in a Clinic, you will provide nursing care and support to patients receiving outpatient services. You'll work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare staff to ensure efficient, safe, and compassionate care.As an RN, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:Take patient histories, vital signs, and perform assessmentsAdminister medications, injections, and vaccinations as orderedAssist providers with minor procedures and diagnostic testingEducate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive carePerform wound care and basic lab work, including specimen collectionMonitor patient progress and communicate concerns to providersDocument nursing care and patient interactions accuratelyCoordinate patient flow and ensure exam rooms are clean and well-stockedFollow infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulationsSupport patient scheduling and administrative duties as neededThe ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience as an RN in a Clinic setting. Additionally, they should possess a current BLS certification and be eligible for State licensure. Additional certifications may be required.RNs in clinics should be organized, communicative, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment.Requirements*: BLS, 2 Years
