Technical Program Manager (Data Engineering)

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in data engineering initiatives to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data platforms, pipelines, and analytics solutions. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, analytics, and business , ensuring data projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high technical quality. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of data engineering projects, including data pipelines, data warehouses, lakes, and analytics platforms Partner closely with data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and success criteria Translate business requirements into clear technical project plans and roadmaps Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and budgets Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure delivery against sprint commitments Track and report project status, KPIs, and risks to leadership Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Security, and Operations Ensure data quality, reliability, scalability, and compliance requirements are met Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and tooling Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 2–3 years in data engineering or analytics projects Strong understanding of data engineering concepts Data warehouses and data lakes SQL and data modeling Cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Hands-on experience with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills J-18808-Ljbffr
