Project Manager

Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Project Manager for an immediate opening in South Bend, IN. The Project Manager leads the execution of assigned electrical scope on large-scale construction projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToLead all phases of assigned electrical scope from planning through closeoutManage day-to-day project operations including schedule, budget, safety, and qualityServe as primary point of contact for clients, GCs, engineers, and subcontractorsCollaborate with Superintendents to align field execution with project plansDevelop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controlsPrepare, submit, and negotiate change ordersCoordinate with project controls, BIM, procurement, and field teamsIdentify risks, constraints, and long-lead challenges; implement mitigation strategiesOversee subcontractors, purchasing, and equipment procurementLead project meetings, reporting, and team coordination effortsEnsure QA/QC standards, safety protocols, and code compliance are metSupport team development, onboarding, and performance alignmentQualifications5–10+ years of experience in electrical construction project managementExperience delivering large-scale or mission-critical projects Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and change ordersExperience leading project engineers, APMs, or support staffStrong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project lifecycleCandidates must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced construction environments.
