Join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes and outstanding patient experience!We're seeking an experienced Billing Manager to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. This is a full-time, exempt position, Mondays-Fridays from 8am-5pm and works under the direction of the Director of Finance.The Hospital Billing Manager will ensure prompt and accurate collections of hospital accounts receivable. Manage and supervise the accounts receivable team members. Work to continually improve the A/R processes and ability to perform most of the A/R functions.Essential Responsibilities:Supervise the Hospital Accounts Receivable Representatives. This includes timekeeping and time off requests, review and sign-off on payrollKeep the Director of Finance updated on staffing accomplishments, concerns etc.Train new employees on software and essential duties of the job so that they can be successful.Together with the Director of Finance, maintain and enhance the CPSI and RCM procedures and workflows.
