We are committed to delivering organized and customer-focused service for events and daily operations.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Coordinator to manage and support event operations in Orlando. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, overseeing on-site staff, and ensuring smooth execution of parking and guest flow during events.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate event logistics related to parking and site operations Schedule and supervise event staff and field teams Serve as the main point of contact during events Ensure efficient traffic flow and guest experience Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams Monitor event setup, execution, and breakdown Address and resolve issues in real timeMinimum RequirementsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred Previous experience in event coordination, operations, or hospitality preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $18 – $28 per hour Flexible scheduling options Paid training Opportunities for growth Supportive team environment
