As a family-owned operation, we are employee centric, family-friendly, community involved, and growth minded.You'll Enjoy Our:Work-Life Balance - Evenings, Sundays, and holidays offOn-the-Job TrainingCompetitive Pay - We pay depending on experienceWork Environment - Everyone takes pride in their work and can see their impact on the companyYour Responsibilities Include:Maintaining tools and equipment around the Acme yard and parking lotsFueling all types of equipment before and after customer rentals, checking battery levels in electric lift equipment, and checking cords and locks on trailersLoading and unloading tools, equipment, and trailers for customersInspecting tools, equipment, and trailers for damage at time of rental and returnDelivering and picking up tools and equipment for customers with a pick-up truck and trailer comboMaintaining delivery vehicles (scheduling oil changes, checking fluids, inspecting tires, etc.)Organizing tools and equipment for accessibilityClearing the yard and parking lots of debris and performing snow and ice removal in the winterMaintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activityEffectively and professional communicating with other employees and customers via phone, email, and in-personCompleting related tasks as assignedYou'll Need:A valid Driver's License with a clean driving recordTo be able to drive and back up a pick-up and trailer comboStrong communication skillsTo be willing to work outdoors in all seasonsTo be able to work SaturdaysWe'd Love if You Have:Mechanical aptitudePrevious experience operating equipmentCustomer service experienceTool and equipment knowledgePhysical Requirements:Lift up to 70 lbs.Stand for the majority of your shiftBend, squat, pull, push, and reach throughout your shift*Employment offers are contingent on drug-screen and background check.Acme Tools is an equal opportunity employer..Want to learn more?
