If you want to see the direct impact of what you ship and be part of building something from the ground up, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoBuild and own full-stack features across our product - from the UI to the backend to the infrastructure it runs onBuild AI-powered systems and help shape how we integrate them into client workflowsMake smart tradeoffs under uncertainty - sometimes the right solution isn't writing more codeTake ownership from design through deployment, and live with the outcomes of your decisionsWhat We're Looking For3-5+ years of professional experience writing production-grade softwareStrong command of at least one modern language - Python or TypeScript preferred; Ruby, Java, or Go considered with strong experienceGenuine interest in AI - you use it, you think about it, and you're excited to build with itStartup DNA - you're flexible, you take ownership, and you're comfortable with ambiguityAuthorized to work in the US; able to work EST hoursPreferredAWS experience - Lambda, DynamoDB, SQSInfrastructure-as-code tooling - Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, SST, Ansible, or CloudformationExperience at both a startup and a larger companyDegree in CS or engineering - or equivalent experience that got you thereCompensation Range: $150K - $175K
