St Johnsville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a 120 bed facility, with the best at home feel. ** RN Nurse Supervisor will have the ability to assess the healthcare needs of the patient/resident. * RN Nurse Supervisor is able to communicate this to all care providers in a way that ensures continuity of care for patient/resident. * RN Nurse Supervisor will demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain communications with staff and families. * RN Nurse Supervisor demonstrate the ability to lead and direct the nursing home staff to promote safe and effective resident care, demonstrates responsibility utilizing educational opportunities when they become available. * RN Nurse Supervisor will demonstrate the ability to document data in accurate and timely way. * RN Nurse Supervisor will comply with legal requirements, standards policies and procedure. including, but not limited to those within the compliance process.Full time Registered Nurse Supervisor needed, Responsible for Nursing Assessments and clinical oversight for 120 residents and provides management supervision to all staff working during the shift. Candidates must be able to move about large facility, have strong nursing assessment skills and possess a current NYS RN license.
