Technical Program Manager – Data Center ConstructionMesa, AZ (Onsite – Local Only)6–12 Month Contract$90–$100/hrVideo Interviews → Final OnsiteWe’re looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead ground‑up and brownfield data center construction for a major enterprise client. This is a hands-on, field‑driven role owning delivery from site prep to commissioning and turnover.What You’ll DoLead multi‑phase data center construction projects end‑to‑endDrive scheduling, budgeting, risks, and change controlManage daily onsite coordination with GCs, trades, cabling + security vendorsOversee rack/stack, structured cabling, power/cooling readiness, and equipment logisticsSupport Level 1–5 commissioning and ensure QA/QC across all tradesEnsure safety, compliance, security systems deployment, and documentationProvide clear status updates, dashboards, and executive communicationWhat We’re Looking For5+ years data center construction or large‑scale infrastructure deliveryStrong experience across MEP, cabling, security systems, and commissioningProven success taking projects from pre‑con through operations handoffExcellent onsite leadership, vendor management, and communication skillsBachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experienceBonus PointsHyperscale/cloud data center experienceCommissioning/IST and Tier‑level reliability experienceFamiliarity with PM tools (Smartsheet, Primavera, MS Project, etc.)Experience in prototype or fast‑changing environments
