Overview We are looking for a talented and driven Application Developer to create an innovative app that blends the functionalities of Yelp and Zillow. The app will require integrating data through APIs, implementing a Large Language Model (LLM) for advanced data search, and incorporating computer vision capabilities to enhance user interaction. If you’re experienced with building feature-rich applications and are comfortable with complex API calls and AI integration, we want you on our team! Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain a robust application that integrates location-based data and property information. Implement advanced features like AI-assisted data search and vision capabilities. Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Develop and manage scalable and efficient RESTful APIs to support app functionality. Structure applications using MVC architecture for clear code organization. Ensure code quality by writing clean, maintainable code following industry best practices. Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging for maximum app performance and reliability. Integrate and manage databases (e.g., MySQL or SQL Server) for data handling. Utilize continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices to optimize development workflows. Stay informed on industry trends and new technologies to continuously enhance application features. Provide technical support and resolve issues as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, with expertise in frameworks like React and Node.js. Strong knowledge of RESTful services and MVC architecture. Experience with SQL databases (preferably MySQL) and data modeling. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integrating LLMs for data handling. Experience in making complex API calls and integrating third-party services. Experience with computer vision and related technologies is a plus. Knowledge of iOS/Android development frameworks is beneficial. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $98,330.00 - $106,606.00 per year Expected hours: 10 – 50 per week Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: Swift: 1 year (Preferred) iOS development: 1 year (Preferred) Objective-C: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
