Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of flower, edibles, concentrates, and accessories. Operate POS, handle transactions accurately, and complete required sales paperwork. Keep sales floor and displays clean, stocked, and compliant with local regulations. Assist with inventory, receiving shipments, and basic merchandising. Assist with social media and other marketing Qualifications Must be 21 years or older. Retail, hospitality, or cannabis experience a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude. Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Willingness to learn compliance rules and product science. Compensation and Perks Competitive pay: $18–$22 per hour plus tips. Tip pool, employee discount, and paid time off eligibility after probation.
