Our client, a local Twin Cities community bank is seeking a Credit Analyst to join a rapidly growing organization. This position will play a key role in the credit department, responsible for analysis at the highest level with great banking industry expertise.Responsibilities:Primary responsibilities are to partner with the portfolio managers, support daily credit activity, while preforming daily analysis, identifying risks and/or issues.Deep understanding of commercial credit analysis, financial statements, risk assessment.Ideal candidate will have expansive experience within banking with the ability to make sound credit and risk decisions that align with the bank.Draft documents, prepare for credit reviews, build proficiency in modeling, financial statements, perform analytical tasks as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or related education field.2+ years of relevant banking commercial credit experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally at the bank.
