Warehouse Associate

Job Description Job Summary:We're seeking a couple reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Machine Operator to join our team. We are hiring for Full Time and Part Time positions. Must be willing to work some Saturdays 7am-12pm. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating various types of warehouse machinery and equipment to assist with the storage, movement, and shipping of materials.Key Responsibilities:Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, or other warehouse equipmentLoad, unload, and move materials within the warehouseFollow safety procedures and company protocols at all timesPerform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needsKeep work areas clean and organizedAccurately record material movement using inventory systems or scannersRequirements:Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferredInsurable and Clean Driving Record RequiredExperience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery (certification is a plus)Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periodsAttention to detail and ability to follow instructionsBasic math and reading skillsMust be a team player and have a strong work ethicCompany DescriptionMonde Home Improvement, also known as Monde Gutter and Home Improvement, is a specialized and professional exterior home services and manufacturing company serving the Cleveland and surrounding Ohio suburbs since its establishment in 2000.
