Key Responsibilities-Greeting Guests, warmly welcome guests as they arrive, using friendly and approachable body language to set a positive tone for their experience.-Managing Reservations and Waitlists, handle reservations efficiently, confirm bookings, manage walk-ins, and accurately communicate wait times to guests.-Seating Arrangements, escorts guests to table, assign seating based on party size and preferences, and ensure tables are clean and properly set.-Customer Interaction, maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, answer questions regarding menu tiers, and address guest concerns calmly and effectively.-Support Duties, assist with light housekeeping, such as cleaning tables or menus, restocking supplies, maintain restrooms, and occasionally helping with to-go orders or foods service. -Communications, answer phone calls, provide information about the restaurant or event, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations. Required Skills and Qualifications-Interpersonal Skills, strong communication, friendliness, and the ability to engage naturally with guests.-Organizational Skills, ability to manage reservations, waitlists, and seating efficiently, especially during busy periods.-Multitasking, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as greeting guests while monitoring table availability.-Professionalism, maintain a positive attitude under pressure and enforce restaurant policies tactfully.-Basic Requirements, High School Diploma or GED.Work Environment and ScheduleWork hours will often be during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
