They know the challenges sales teams face every day and are excited about using data, systems, process design, and technology to solve those challenges at scale.Rather than carrying a quota, you'll help build the systems, insights, and strategies that enable revenue teams to perform at their highest level. You'll work directly with executive leadership on high-impact projects that influence sales performance, forecasting, pipeline generation, and company growth.This role is designed for someone looking to make the leap from Sales Development into Revenue Operations and gain hands-on exposure to strategy, analytics, systems, and executive decision-making.What You'll DoRevenue Operations & AnalyticsBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs across the revenue organization.Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and pipeline efficiency.Monitor sales activity, forecasting accuracy, and performance metrics.Deliver actionable insights that help leadership make data-driven decisions.Support territory planning, account segmentation, and revenue planning initiatives.Sales Process & SystemsDesign and optimize sales workflows, automation, and operational processes.Partner with leadership to improve CRM data quality, reporting accuracy, and system adoption.Evaluate and implement tools that improve sales productivity and scalability.Help standardize best practices across the go-to-market organization.Support ongoing CRM administration and process improvement projects.Strategy & Business OperationsPartner directly with the CEO on strategic growth initiatives.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and operational assessments.Develop business cases, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations.Lead cross-functional projects that improve organizational effectiveness and revenue performance.Executive PartnershipAct as a strategic thought partner to the CEO.Help translate business goals into measurable operational plans.Support executive decision-making through research, analytics, and operational insights.Drive accountability and execution across key company initiatives.What We're Looking ForRequired Experience1-5 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar revenue-generating role.Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and sales processes.Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Preferred ExperienceExposure to Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or Business Operations.Experience building reports, dashboards, or workflows.Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, or data analysis skills.Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and revenue technology stacks.Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology company.Who You AreA top-performing SDR or BDR looking to pivot into Revenue Operations.Naturally curious about how businesses scale and generate revenue.Analytical and data-driven in your approach to problem-solving.Passionate about systems, processes, technology, and operational excellence.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Comfortable working with both executives and frontline sales teams.Eager to learn and grow into a future RevOps, Strategy, or Operations leader.Why Join?This role offers a rare opportunity to break into Revenue Operations without needing prior RevOps experience.You'll work directly with executive leadership, gain exposure to every aspect of scaling a revenue organization, and develop expertise in forecasting, analytics, systems, strategy, process improvement, and business operations.For ambitious SDRs and BDRs looking to transition into RevOps, this role provides an accelerated pathway into one of the fastest-growing and most valuable functions within modern B2B organizations.Location & Work EnvironmentThis is an onsite position based in San Francisco and requires attendance in the office five days per week.
