Behind this meaningful work is a dedicated workforce, and as our Human Resources Partner, you will play a critical role in building, supporting, and inspiring that team.Position SummaryThe Human Resources Partner (HRP) is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving all aspects of human resources within HCBS. This role serves as a key business partner to operational leadership, aligning HR strategies with organizational priorities and care outcomes. The HRP fosters a high-performing, engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and employment best practices.You will provide full-spectrum HR leadership across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, engagement, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, growth, and cultureServe as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational change initiativesLeverage HR data and workforce analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvementEnsure caregiver compliance with annual CHAC standards and proactively mitigate employment-related risksLead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall team member experienceIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service deliveryProvide coaching, guidance, and leadership development support to managersChampion a culture of respect, inclusion, accountability, and well-beingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of progressive HR experience; healthcare, home care, or senior living experience strongly preferredSHRM-CP or PHR certification preferredStrong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practicesExceptional communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretionLocation & TravelThis position is based in Basking Ridge, NJ, with regular travel to Freehold, NJ, Whiting, NJ, and other regional locations as needed.EOE: FellowshipLIFE is an equal opportunity employer.
