Now hiring: Primary Operations Machine Operator

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll support Operations and Engineering by setting up and operating CNC equipment within our Primary Operations work cell. Your focus will be on delivering safe, high-quality, and efficient production results.
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts from foam and other materials
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accuracy
Perform machine adjustments, including offsets and compensations
Inspect parts and verify quality before release; manage non-conforming materials appropriately
Accurately complete work orders, measurements, and production documentation
Troubleshoot routine issues and support continuous process improvements
Monitor scrap, identify trends, and recommend solutions to reduce waste
Communicate effectively with Operations and Engineering teams
Required Skills
2–3+ years of CNC or machining experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Experience using measuring tools and maintaining tight tolerances
Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail
Basic math skills for calculations and machine adjustments
Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset
Dependable, adaptable, and committed to quality workmanship
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
