This is a high-impact, short-term contract focused on advancing data-driven decision making across content strategy, audience engagement, and subscriber growth.?? What You'll Be DoingEvaluate and scope new data science initiatives that influence content acquisition, programming strategy, and subscriber growthDevelop and enhance machine learning models for:Content recommendationsViewership predictionSubscriber behavior forecastingCampaign performance measurementAnalyze streaming, audience, and social media data to generate actionable insightsPerform customer cohort analysis to better understand user behavior and retention trendsPartner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and content teams to drive data-backed decisionsBring innovative, algorithmic thinking to improve overall platform performance and user experience?? What We're Looking For4–8 years of experience in data science / applied science / machine learningStrong background in forecasting and predictive modeling (consumer behavior, engagement, etc.)Experience with customer segmentation / cohort analysisComfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsHands-on experience with:PythonSQLETL processesExcel (VBA a plus)Generative AI tools and frameworksExperience working with large-scale datasets (streaming, behavioral, or product data preferred)Media / entertainment industry experience is a strong plus?? Nice to HaveExposure to recommendation systems, NLP, or predictive analyticsExperience analyzing content performance or audience engagement metricsFamiliarity with competitive intelligence or social sentiment analysis??
