A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available Opportunity:Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath LabJob Details:• Work 4-10 hour shifts per week• Scheduled every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees• On-call schedule with 2 call teams approximately 15-18 days per month• Minimum 1+ year of experience acceptable• Float to prep/recovery areas as needed• Required certifications: RCIS or RCES or RT(R), ACLS, BLS• Must be able to scrub for LHC/RHC/PCI/STEMI/Peripherals and monitor patients• Perform diagnostic left heart cath, PCI, STEMI, stroke, carotid stenting, peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures• Work with GE Innova equipment, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, Penumbra• Use MacLab/Meditech documentation system and Meditech EMR• Ceil blue scrubs supplied• Work with 5-10 physicians and dedicated charge nurse for daily flow coordination• Utilize newer procedure rooms and modern equipmentFacility:This 370-bed healthcare facility is a Level II trauma center featuring 170 private rooms and specializing in high-quality cardiovascular care.
