Marketing & Brokerage Coordinator | San Antonio, TXPartners is seeking a sharp, resourceful Marketing & Brokerage Coordinator to support a high-performing commercial real estate team. In this role, you'll bring a blend of marketing and operational expertise, preparing standout materials, managing listing activity, and keeping brokers organized and ahead of deadlines.You'll use Adobe Creative Suite to prepare proposals, flyers, and presentations while coordinating tours, updating databases, and tracking deals from pitch to close. Your attention to detail, design fluency, and project management skills will ensure a polished, professional presence at every stage.If you thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment and enjoy making an impact behind the scenes, this is your opportunity to grow with one of the most respected names in commercial real estate.How You'll Make an ImpactPrepare high-level design deliverables, proposals, and presentation decks using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopDevelop and update marketing collateral; compile real estate and market data for use in presentations, meetings, and proposalsUpdate and maintain contact databases, track prospects, tenants, clients, and deal informationProcess client documents, prepare negotiation summaries, and build RFP comparison matricesTrack and report marketing activity, listing expirations, and other critical datesDesign and schedule email campaigns through Click DimensionsProduce tour books, assist with market surveys, and coordinate tour schedulesReview complex real estate documents and ensure the accuracy of property information across all platformsComplete accounting and administrative tasks including expense reports, pipeline entries, deal sheets, invoices, and XRM reportsSupport planning and execution of external client events; organize meetings, calls, and travel logisticsOperate various software systems and office equipment as neededMinimum Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor degree required1 year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator required)Commercial real estate experience strongly preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelAbility to independently create and update marketing collateralSolid understanding of TREC regulations, confidentiality requirements, and critical timelinesFamiliarity with commercial real estate terminology, documentation, and deal flowComfortable with light data analysis and market researchExcellent proofreading and formatting skills; consistently catches errors others missAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlinesProfessional, prompt, and polished in both internal and external communicationsHandles recurring and repetitive updates with accuracy and consistencyConfident in liaising with brokers, clients, and internal teamsDetail-oriented with reliable follow-throughWhat Sets You ApartAbility to manage multiple listings, projects, and recurring updates with accuracyExperience with CRM tools (Apto, HubSpot, Salesforce)Familiarity with CoStar, LoopNet, or similar platformsExposure to GIS or mapping software (or willingness to learn)Invested in keeping brokers organized and looking sharpReal estate license is a plusWhat's In It for YouGain direct exposure to the CRE deal process from start to finishGrow your design and operational skills in a respected firmBe part of a collaborative, high performing team that values excellence and clear communicationWhy PartnersAt Partners, we're in an exciting period of growth and transformation—and we invite you to play a pivotal role in our continued success.
