Administrative Services Coordinator

**Must be able to work a hybrid work schedule out of Detroit, MI (onsite 1-2x a month)**W2 only (No C2C or third-party candidates)This position supports the Group Operational Readiness team by creating and issuing administrative services contracts, legal documents, and reports related to program and service delivery, including ASC contracting. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across high-volume workflows.What You’ll Do:Create, review, and issue administrative services contracts and related documentationSupport reporting and documentation for operational programs and servicesTrack tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are metCoordinate across teams to support contract and document workflowsMaintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all outputsTop Skills We’re Looking For:Advanced Microsoft Word and SharePoint skills; intermediate ExcelStrong administrative coordination, task tracking, and follow-up experienceExceptional attention to detailWhat Else You’ll Bring:Strong research, analytical, and communication skills (written & verbal)Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and personalitiesComfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentA collaborative, team-oriented mindsetNice to Have (Not Required):Experience producing statistical data from conceptual requestsFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)Basic knowledge of Access and PowerPointPrior healthcare insurance experienceEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)2–5 years of relevant experience (required)Experience with project management standards required; PMP certification preferred
