Active New York State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Demonstrated experience evaluating and treating orthopedic diagnoses, post-operative patients, and musculoskeletal conditions preferred.
