Responsible for assisting in projects and process improvement initiatives in the OR and SPD. Promotes customer service/satisfaction through training, education, and resolution of issues on instrumentation in the OR. Perform duties in accordance to TJC, AORN, AAMI guidelines and following hospital policies and procedures.Assists the operating room staff in preparing the OR suite for surgery by verifying instrument(s) and trays needed are available prior to case start times. Associate's degree preferred. Less than one year of previous job-related experienceRequired: At least one year of experience.
