Job Description & RequirementsInterim Manager, Respiratory TherapyStartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $150000.00 - $160000.00Interim Manager, Respiratory Therapy Needed in Spokane, WA!The PositionAn Interim Manager, Respiratory Therapy is needed to provide leadership for respiratory therapy operations.Reports to the Director of Respiratory Therapy.Key responsibilities include productivity management, hiring support staff, improving overtime utilization, as well as overall staff supervision, equipment coordination, respiratory care quality, and operational planning.The ideal candidate will have respiratory therapy leadership experience with strong technical expertise, business planning skills, and the ability to achieve results in a dynamic clinical environment. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
