Accounting Specialist

Job SummaryThe Accounting Specialist supports Ardham Technologies’ Finance Department by assisting with the day-to-day flow of all accounting activity including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting. This position should be familiar with the full accounting cycle; however, they will be primarily responsible for Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate invoice coding and entry, conducting check runs, and assisting with financial reporting. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy balancing numbers with people interaction, this role will put your strengths to work in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.Invoice Creation & Accounts ReceivableCreate and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with documented customer expectations.Support the Accounting Assistant with application of customer payments and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate A/R records.Accounts Payable & Cash ApplicationProcess vendor invoices, expense reports, and outgoing payments.Ensure accurate coding and timely processing of payables.Manage cash application and reconciliations.Financial Reporting & Account ReconciliationsSupport the Controller in preparing financial reports.Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.Assist with special projects as assigned.About Ardham TechnologiesArdham Technologies is headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is experiencing rapid growth throughout the Southwest and Texas regions.
