Title AdministratorLas Vegas, NV |On-sitePosition SummaryThe Titles Administrator position is an entry level position within the company and will involve all tasks necessary for the processing of repossession titles as well as the release of vehicle titles and liens including:Mailing titles and lien releases for paid off accountsSending titles to auctions for repossessed vehiclesGenerating repossession affidavits for repossessed vehiclesReleasing paper titles and electronic titles through our online platformUpdating account notes for released titles or repossession titlesNotarizing, signing, and handling DMV paperworkThe position will handle tasks associated with processing titles for vehicle repossessions and/or paid off accounts. This individual will need to regularly review older accounts to ensure timely processing. Additionally, applicant must be willing to become a notary public after being hired.The successful candidate must show the ability to pay close attention to detail and learn and adapt to new tasks on a regular basis.
