About the Opportunity:The Senior Manager, Employee Experience leads efforts to cultivate a high-performing, inclusive, and engaging workplace. This role partners strategically with leaders and employees to enhance employee experience, employee relations, engagement, accessibility, and inclusion initiatives. It plays a key role in shaping organizational culture and supporting workforce effectiveness, contributing directly to a positive and supportive work environment.3. Responsibilities:• Cultivate a healthy, high-performing workplace culture aligned deeply with core organizational values• Design, launch, and manage scaled initiatives to improve employee engagement, trust, internal communication, belonging, and overall retention• Partner closely with people leaders to enhance cross-functional team effectiveness and foster psychological safety• Lead comprehensive employee listening strategies, including the design and execution of surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, and exit interviews• Analyze localized workforce trends and translate employee feedback into data-driven, actionable recommendations for executive leadership• Design, execute, and monitor employee recognition programs structured around core corporate values• Integrate recognition frameworks into the daily, digital, and physical employee experience workflows• Serve as the internal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), accessibility, and belonging subject matter expert (SME), advising on inclusive practices and compliance• Lead the internal DEI workgroup and spearhead regional strategy development• Continuously review internal HR policies and documentation through a dedicated DEI lens to recommend modern improvements• Translate high-level DEI concepts into practical, everyday business operations and employee experience applications• Advise business units on accessibility, neurodiversity, disability inclusion, and equitable workplace practices• Serve as a trusted advisor to staff on conflict resolution, professional workplace behavior, accommodations, organizational change, and performance management• Conduct objective internal investigations and manage the timely resolution of sensitive workplace concerns• Identify macro employee relations trends and recommend scalable, systemic solutions• Facilitate formal mediation and proactive trust-building exercises across matrixed teams• Lead the end-to-end Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) reasonable accommodation process and support inclusive workplace design• Develop training resources, guides, and materials related to accommodations, accessibility, and disability inclusion• Support the development of global HR strategy and collaborate across teams on broader human resources initiatives4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)• Minimum 7 years of progressive human resources experience with a heavy focus on employee relations, DEI leadership, accessibility, and employee engagement• Minimum 3 years of direct management experience leading complex projects, specialized committees, or personnel• Proven experience designing, launching, and tracking successful DEI initiatives within mid-sized enterprise organizations• Demonstrated history managing employee recognition, corporate culture mapping, and engagement programs• Deep experience conducting formal workplace investigations and managing complex, sensitive employee relations cases• Strong facilitation, executive coaching, conflict resolution, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills• Strategic mindset with a proven ability to connect abstract workforce data points and recommend logical solutions• Ability to build high levels of trust, navigate organizational ambiguity, and influence outcomes at all leadership levels• Comprehensive knowledge of regional employment laws, ADA compliance protocols, reasonable accommodation workflows, and general HR best practices• Willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately twice per year for corporate alignmentPreferred:• Relevant professional HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or specialized DEI-related credentials preferred• Prior experience supporting structured organizational change management frameworks and workforce transitions preferred• Hands-on familiarity with modern employee engagement platforms like Culture Amp, Lattice, or equivalent tooling preferred• Direct experience building or leading accessibility, neurodiversity, or physical disability inclusion initiatives preferred• Proven background facilitating employee workgroups, committees, or Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) preferred• Previous experience operating within remote, hybrid, or highly distributed work environments preferred5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and comprehensive compensation package for this position will be determined based on the candidate’s applicable experience, technical skill set, HR certifications, and other relevant qualifications.6.
