System Engineer Simulation (d/f/m)
Job DescriptionAirbus Defence and Space is looking for a System Engineer Simulation (d/f/m). We develop top notch, high fidelity Engineering and Training Simulations for a variety of aircrafts, supporting the entire development lifecycle. We are looking for a System Engineer Simulation to reinforce our "TEYVS-TL4 Simulation Combat Germany" team in Manching. Your initial main task will be to analyse future new Electronic Warfare functionalities and to plan and specify their implementation into a high fidelity, Full Mission Fighter Pilot Training System. This and future similar projects are executed in international environments and require close collaboration and coordination with colleagues from other countries and partner companies.

Tasks and ResponsibilitiesCapture user and systems requirements for Engineering and Training Simulation systems
Translate requirements into Epics and user Stories
Support the definition of system and subsystem simulation architectures
Create and organise system and subsystem tests
Ensure the traceability of requirements into subsystems and test cases
Maintain the system and Subsystem Interface definitions
Prepare and review subsystem Acceptance Test manuals
Desired Skills and QualificationsBachelor or Master degree (or equivalent) in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
At least 5 years relevant professional experience
Hands-on proven Systems Engineering and Testing experience in Simulation and/or Software projects
In depth Knowledge of EW systems and functionalities of modern fighter Aircraft
Eurofighter Avionics system knowledge would be beneficial
