Entry Level Structural Engineer - Repair

We are seeking an Entry Level Structural Engineer to join our fast-growing Repair and Renovation Division ! This role involves investigation, design, inspection, analysis, and detailing for a variety of structural repair and rehabilitation projects. This position is based out of our Tysons, VA and Washington, DC offices. Requirements: BS degree with emphasis on structural design, MS degree a plus 0-5 years of experience in structural engineering Working knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood design Strong analysis skills and computer modeling experience (RAM products, CSI products, etc.) Good organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn and desire to grow in your career Ability to perform field investigations, inspections, and travel to job sites throughout the U.S. Candidates must be able to perform physical duties to carry out the job requirements, including (but not limited to): Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs of equipment Must have access to a vehicle, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to travel to various offices and project sites within the Metro DC area Ability to work at heights and safely use ladders and access equipment including aerial lifts, swing stages, and scaffolding, while adhering to established safety protocols Ability to work in challenging indoor and outdoor conditions when needed What We Offer: Fun and friendly environment with excellent opportunities for growth and advancement Ongoing training to round out and build up technical and management skills Flexible scheduling with hybrid (in-person/remote) possibilities Competitive compensation Additional compensation: 401(k) match, profit sharing, productivity bonuses Health Insurance, 100% company paid for employees and heavily subsidized for dependents.
