Their expertise spans mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory, capital raising, debt structuring, and private credit-oriented solutions. They operate with an execution-driven and client-focused mindset, delivering high-level financial strategy to complex corporate mandates.The RoleOur Client is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to serve as a coordination and execution anchor across multiple concurrent transactions. This role is fundamental to the deal lifecycle, combining rigorous financial analysis with disciplined project coordination and document management. The Analyst will support senior bankers in delivering high-impact materials and ensuring that every transaction remains on schedule, from initial pitch to final closing.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & ValuationBuilds and maintains sophisticated financial models and valuation analyses for M&A, capital raising, and advisory mandates.Conducts deep-dive analysis of financial statements, credit profiles, and historical transaction data.Interprets financial trends to support strategic decision-making and transaction structuring.Transaction Execution & MaterialsPrepares high-quality pitch decks, confidential investment memoranda (CIMs), and other essential client-facing materials.Coordinates inputs among senior bankers, clients, legal counsel, and lenders to ensure deal alignment.Maintains meticulously organized deal files and enforces strict version control across all transaction documents.Operations & CRM ManagementTracks project timelines, deliverables, and critical dependencies across various transactions to ensure no deadlines are missed.Manages CRM records with absolute discipline, updating pipeline status, deal movements, and follow-up actions.Proactively follows up on pending action items and identifies potential execution risks for escalation to senior leadership.Qualifications, Skills, and Key CompetenciesRequiredEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or transaction advisory.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex modeling) and PowerPoint (professional deck building).Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; able to coordinate effectively with high-level stakeholders.Coordination: Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-through and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes priorities simultaneously.PreferredExperience in commercial credit or middle-market private credit is a strong plus.Comfort navigating specialized CRM platforms and deal-tracking software.Familiarity with the legal and structural components of middle-market financial transactions.BenefitsExposure: Direct involvement in live investment banking and private credit transactions.Growth: Opportunity for professional advancement within an expanding, high-caliber financial platform.Stability: Stable, full-time remote position with a competitive monthly salary paid in USD.Time Off: Paid time off and observance of scheduled holidays.
