Job Title- AWS Data EngineerLocation- Mclean, VA (may have to go onsite after 2-3 months)Duration- Long termJob Description:-Experience of software engineering in python/Scala/Java/C++Experience and expertise in using Spark in combination with pySpark, Scala or Java, either on-premise or CloudExpert knowledge of distributed computing, RDD and optimization techniquesExperience with NoSQL and streaming platforms, e.g. Kafka, MongoDB, Neo4j is mustExperience with relational database and SQL (Postgres, Redshift, Snowflake, SQL Server) - is a plusExperience with developing software products for cloud platform, e.g. AWS.Experience in creating and customizing Reports and DashboardsExperience working on Large enterprise level data sets and ETLExperience in Data analysis, data consolidation and normalizationProficient with APIs and IntegrationsComfortable on Linux for both development and operationsExperience with cloud native services such as AWS EMRExperience in containerization and orchestration - Docker, lambda, S3 - is a mustExperience with advanced analytics and modern machine learning techniques is a plus
