Job Title: Lab Manager Location: Longmont, CO Duration: 12 months (Part-time: 20 hrs/week)Summary: Hands-on Lab Manager with strong soldering expertise (BGA rework/reballing) to manage lab operations, inventory, and support engineering teams.Key Skills & Responsibilities:Lab operations, equipment maintenance & workspace organizationInventory tracking (components, consumables, tools)Precision soldering: BGA rework, reballing, fine-pitch componentsMaintain lab standards, safety, and efficiencyCoordinate with engineering teams; prioritize tasksDocument processes, procedures, and workRequirements:Proven lab management experienceExpert in BGA rework & reballing (practical assessment required)Strong organizational skills & attention to detailAbility to work independently; strong communicationPreferred:Linux experienceRework stations (hot air, IR) & reballing toolsInventory management systemsIPC certification (IPC-7711/7721)
