This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation to support the sales team. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating in English, understands the US business landscape, and has experience selling or positioning technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls targeting US-based clientsQualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined ICP criteriaSchedule meetings and demos for Account ExecutivesMaintain accurate records of activities in CRM systemsCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategiesResearch target accounts and identify key decision-makersConsistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated)Requirements4+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar sales roleProven experience working with US clients (mandatory)Experience in technology, SaaS, or IT services (preferred)Strong English communication skills (B2+ / C1 preferred)Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Familiarity with outbound sales strategies and lead generation toolsAbility to handle objections and build rapport quicklyHighly organized, self-motivated, and target-drivenNice to HaveExperience selling technical solutions (software, cloud, AI, data, etc.)Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similarUnderstanding of US sales cycles and business cultureBenefits & Perks100% remote position (LATAM)Salary: $1,000/month15 PTO daysLocal holidaysCompany-provided computer
