Client: Parkview Health SystemsTitle: Oracle Test Lead or Test PMLocation: Fort Wayne, IN – 100% REMOTEDuration: 8 - 12 months + (Potential for extension)Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Test Lead / Test Program Manager to support an enterprise Oracle implementation entering P3 testing and validation. This role is highly delivery-focused and best suited for someone who can hit the ground running, drive structure, and provide leadership across multiple workstreams under aggressive timelines.This is not a hands-on testing role. The emphasis will be on planning, coordination, tracking, and leadership for testing activities across business domains.Top Desired Skills:1. Oracle ERP Testing & P3 Validation Expertise:Deep understanding of Oracle ERP testing phases, specifically P3 testing and validationExperience supporting enterprise implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR modulesAbility to step in mid-cycle and quickly assess readiness, risks, and gaps2. Test Planning, Test Script Governance & Metrics Tracking:Strong capability in creating and owning the overall testing strategy and planOversight of test script development, readiness, and execution tracking (without hands-on testing)Ability to track and report daily testing metrics (script counts, progress, defects) to demonstrate forward momentum3.
