Workday Functional Analyst
This is a Direct Hire, on-site position based in Tulsa, OK, with a remote work schedule potentially available for strong-fit candidates.Job Details:Responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday and other health system applications to support business workflows and organizational needs.The role involves analyzing complex system issues, implementing enhancements, coordinating releases, and ensuring application functionality meets business requirements.The position also requires user training, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, troubleshooting, and project support, including occasional after-hours/weekend coverage.The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Responsibilities:Configured, maintained, and optimized Workday HCM tenant functionality, including business processes, security, and system features to support evolving business requirements.Developed and maintained calculated fields, condition rules, validation rules, and other Workday configuration components to support complex functional requirements.Designed and maintained Workday reports and dashboards, providing accurate data and actionable insights to business stakeholders.Led Workday feature release testing, validation, and deployment, ensuring new functionality met business and operational requirements.Collaborated with HR, functional teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement Workday system enhancements.Developed user-friendly training materials, quick reference guides, job aids, and knowledge documentation to improve Workday adoption and support consistent business processes.Provided ongoing Workday application support and troubleshooting, identifying system issues and implementing configuration-based solutions.Supported multiple Workday HCM functional areas, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, and related business processes.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceWorkday experience or training preferredStrong system analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to learn and support new technologiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesHealthcare application experience is beneficialAbility to complete required application training
