Our goal is to provide comprehensive support to meet our clients' legal and transactional challenges effectively.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal position based in Canton, OH. The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys by preparing and reviewing legal documents and managing various aspects of case documentation. Responsibilities also include drafting pleadings and motions, maintaining case files, and effectively supporting litigation efforts to ensure the highest quality legal services for our clients.QualificationsProficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document ReviewAbility to draft and review Pleadings and Motions accuratelyExceptional organizational skills to manage case files and documentationOutstanding written and verbal communication abilitiesProven ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with litigation processes and legal terminologyPrevious experience as a Litigation Paralegal or in a similar legal support role is preferredCertificate in Paralegal Studies or relevant experience is highly desirable
