Hardware Technical Project Manager

Role Details:Position: Hardware Technical Project ManagerLocation: Redmond, WAPosition Duration: Direct Hire (Full time)Job DescriptionEnd-to-End Program Ownership: Lead cross-functional programs from conception through development, testing, factory deployment, and post-implementation.Software/Hardware Integration: Partner with Hardware and Software engineering teams to define, design, and integrate manufacturing test software, automation, and data systems.Factory Rollout: Manage the deployment of manufacturing software tools to global contract manufacturer sites, ensuring reliability and quality.Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical bottlenecks and dependencies, creating mitigation plans to avoid manufacturing delays.Operational Excellence: Improve, scale, and automate factory workflows to increase manufacturing yield and efficiency.Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders including Hardware Engineering, Product Design, Operations, and Supplier Quality Engineering.Communication: Clearly communicate program status, risks, and technical requirements to executive leadership.Minimum QualificationsExperience: Experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management.Technical Background: Experience with manufacturing processes, factory test systems, or hardware software integration.Project Management: Experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a matrix organization.Communication Skills: Proven ability to influence and align diverse teams, including cross-functional partners across different time zones.
