Known for their commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service, our client supports a wide range of operations across the region.Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Tire Truck Specialist to provide on-site tire service and support across a variety of locations, including farms, job sites, and roadways. This hands-on role requires mechanical aptitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in changing environments. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors and solving problems on the go.Key ResponsibilitiesField Service & Tire RepairTravel to farms, fields, and job sites to perform tire installation, repair, and inspectionsProvide emergency roadside and field service as neededRemove, install, and service tires on trucks, agricultural equipment, and commercial vehiclesCustomer Service & OperationsDeliver professional, courteous service to customers in all environmentsComplete work orders accurately and in a timely mannerCommunicate issues with customers, vendors, and internal teamsEquipment & Inventory ManagementMaintain cleanliness and organization of the tire truck and equipmentManage inventory, supplies, and conduct accurate countsPerform routine maintenance checks and maintain required logs and inspectionsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredValid driver's license required; CDL is a plusStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems) preferredStrong problem-solving, organization, and time management skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 100 poundsComfortable working in all weather conditions and outdoor environmentsAbility to stand, walk, climb, bend, and perform physically demanding tasksCapable of working around moving equipment, fumes, and varying conditionsPerksCompetitive pay with opportunity for growthHands-on, independent work environmentVariety of work locations and daily tasksOngoing training and development opportunitiesReady to Apply?Looking for a hands-on role where every day is different?
