ICQA Specialist

Brief DescriptionThe primary responsibility of a Specialist is to help monitor product condition activities of the warehouse, reporting any abnormalities. Must be able to work a schedule performing eight plus hours per day which could include overtime, weekends, and holidays when required. Prior experience with 3PL, Retail Distribution, and Reserve Logistics/E-commerce experience is a plus.RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:GED/High School Diploma and/or prior experience helpful. Ability to follow and comprehend instructions from leadership. Possesses effective written and verbal communications skills. Possesses effective reading comprehension skills. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to comprehend simple instructions. Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently. Ability to multitask and handle multiple issues at the same time without stress. Ability to stand, walk, and use hands continuously during and up to 10–12-hour shift.Good hand and eye coordination required.
