Junior Full Stack Developer

JOIN TERRA’S INNOVATION TEAM!We're looking for a motivated full-stack developer to join our Innovation team and help turn concepts into working products.You'll prototype and build automation scripts, internal tooling and libraries related to text, translation, and NLP workflows, and web-based applications.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking an idea from sketch to functional prototype and iterating quickly.You'll work at the intersection of software development and language technology, so curiosity about localization, NLP, and machine translation is a strong plus.We embrace modern AI-assisted development tools and expect you to use them to prototype, iterate, and deploy fast.What You'll DoBuild scripts, tools, libraries and web-based applications and prototypes, both internal tools and client-facing products.Collaborate with the Innovation team to translate concepts and workflow sketches into working software.Take ownership of projects and drive them forward independently.Iterate quickly based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORRequirementsSolid development and coding skills, with experience building automation workflows, fast and efficient scripting, and web applications (solid development on the backend is key) Full stack proficiency for text and data processing, workflow automation and web technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, ML/NLP libraries) Comfort using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode) to boost productivity A Self-starter who learns quickly, works independently, and is motivated to add real value.Ability to translate loosely defined ideas into functional prototypes.Nice to Have Familiarity with localization and language technology (machine translation, quality estimation, etc.).Knowledge of NLP concepts and tools.Experience with data analysis and visualization.Exposure to building tools that support operational or linguistic workflows.
