WNDOE.We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Cleaner with light maintenance responsibilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment throughout our facility. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in offices, labs, and common areas. Additionally, this position includes approximately 25% light maintenance duties, such as changing light bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, painting, and addressing other small maintenance issues as they arise. The successful applicant will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to ensure our facility is always in top condition.
