Come work a full-time job and have 4 days off!We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated DSP to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of home settings. This is a floating DSP position, requiring the ability to travel between multiple homes while maintaining consistent hours and workdays. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, a strong work ethic, and commitment to fostering independence and community integration. We have several shifts and schedules to meet your needs.These are general options, but we have a lot of variety within these:Shifts: Days: 7am-7pm, 8am-8pm, 9am-9pm & Nights: 7pm-7am, 8pm-8am, 9pm-9amSchedules: Sun/Mon/Tue and Thu/Fri/Sat12-hour work shifts allow for full-time work and up to 16 days off per month!
