Position Overview:Position : Locum Tenens Interventional Radiologist Location : Near Greensboro, NC Dates : ASAP - Ongoing Rate Type : Daily Shift Type : Days Shift Description : Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PMFor Mammography: Monday through Friday preferred; will accept Monday, Wednesday, and FridayPlease Note : This is not a 100% Interventional Radiology (IR) position and does not include IR call. Key Responsibilities:Light Interventional Procedures : Perform non-complex procedures such as:Image-guided biopsies Drainages PICC line placements Paracentesis and thoracentesis (fluid removal from the abdomen and chest)General Radiology : Conduct and interpret routine imaging exams, including X-rays, CTs, and MRIs.Systems Used:EMR : Meditech PACS : Intelerad VR : Fluency Submission Requirements:Board Certification : Required BLS/ACLS Certification : Required Active NC License & DEA : Verbal confirmation required at name clear Certification Requirements:ACLS BLS Board Certified DEA State License Requirements:North Carolina Additional Information:Reason for Coverage : Temporary coverage needed starting November 1st.
