CNC Mill Machinist

Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Set up and run CNC milling machines independently, including fixtures, vises, and rotary setups; Read and interpret customer blueprints and operation sheets to determine machining requirements, dimensions, and tolerances; Utilize machine control systems to set tools, enter and adjust tool offsets, and verify correct program selection and execution; Collaborate directly with Programming and Inspection teams to troubleshoot issues and adjust CNC programs when required to improve quality or efficiency; Use precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and related gauges to verify part dimensions and ensure conformance to specifications
