With a commitment to excellence and integrity, we cater to a diverse clientele seeking a high-quality discrete experience.Position Overview: You will receive on-site training for 4-6 weeks to familiarize yourself with our company's processes, procedures, and industry knowledge. While prior knowledge in the field is preferred, it is not required. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and dedication to excellence.Key Responsibilities:Independently establish and manage the daily operations of the buying office, including procurement, inventory management, and pricing analysis.Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely acquisition of gold, silver, jewelry, diamonds, and watches in line with company objectives and market demands.Receive on-site training for 4-6 weeks to learn company processes, procedures, and industry knowledge.Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging opportunities in the precious metals and luxury goods market.Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to coordinate procurement activities and support overall business objectives.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical practices in all procurement activities.Oversee the inspection, authentication, and appraisal of purchased goods to verify quality, authenticity, and value.Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and analyses related to procurement activities, expenses, and inventory levels for management review.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.
